This Site is owned and operated by the Trouve Solutions (Pty) Ltd (Trouve Solutions), whose head office is located at 7 Erasmus Road, Edenglen, Edenvale, South Africa, 1613. Trouve Solutions is a registered corporation in the Republic of South Africa with registration number 2019/046538/07.

This policy applies to all Trouve Solutions entities and/or divisions, but does not include any websites operated by associated companies/brands.

When you use the Trouve Solutions Service, our servers log certain general information about you.

7.     If you submit Personally Identifiable Information to us through the Trouve Solutions Site, or the Trouve Solutions Service, then we use your personal information to operate, maintain, and provide to you the features and functionality of the Trouve Solutions Site and the Trouve Solutions Service.   1. If you share your personal information with any third parties, we will not be responsible for any loss suffered by you, your dependents, your beneficiaries, spouse, or employees.
  2. Where applicable and to the extent appropriate, you confirm that we may share your personal information within the Trouve Solutions group of companies for administration purposes and the provision of the Trouve Solutions Services and infrastructure.
  3. You also confirm that we may share and combine all your personal information for any one or more of the aforementioned purposes to customise the Trouve Solutions Services to meet your needs.
  4. By accepting this privacy statement, you authorise Trouve Solutions to obtain and share information about your creditworthiness with any credit bureau or credit provider’s industry association or industry body. This includes information about credit history, financial history, judgments, default history and sharing of information for purposes of risk analysis, tracing, and any related purposes.
  5. You agree that we may transfer your personal information outside South Africa, provided that the country to which the information has been transferred is subject to similar data protection laws as the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013, and provided that such transfer is required for the performance of the Services we provide to you, for example if you give us an email address that is hosted outside South Africa; or to administer certain services, for example, cloud services. In addition, you confirm that we may transfer personal information across borders under the conditions set out by HubSpot and Google as our preferred tools.

We do not use your phone number or other Personally Identifiable Information to send commercial or marketing messages without your consent or except as part of a specific program or feature for which you will have the ability to opt-in or opt-out. We may, however, use your phone number, or email address, if provided, without further consent for non-marketing or administrative purposes.
  7. Please let us know if you do not wish to receive any direct electronic marketing from Trouve Solutions. Trouve Solutions will store your personal information for the purpose of actioning this request and shall action it as soon as reasonably possible.

Trouve Solutions values the information that you choose to provide and will take appropriate, reasonable technical and organisational steps to protect your personal information from loss, misuse, or unauthorised alteration. The information made available to Trouve Solutions concerning its clients, is stored in databases that have built-in safeguards to ensure the privacy and confidentiality of that information.

Trouve Solutions will take all reasonable steps to confirm your identity before providing details of your personal information.

Where Trouve Solutions cannot delete your personal information, Trouve Solutions will take all reasonable steps to make such information anonymous. You agree that Trouve Solutions may retain your personal information until you request, in writing, Trouve Solutions to delete or destroy it. This is subject to our compliance with any laws which requires that we retain/store or dispose thereof.
  11. Trouve Solutions may enter into arrangements with its partners and other third-party suppliers for them to provide services to you. Those arrangements may require Trouve Solutions to disclose your personal information to them. If a third party asks Trouve Solutions for any of your personal information, we will share it with them only if: you have already given your consent for the disclosure of this information to that third party; or we have a legal or contractual duty to give the information to that third party.

Trouve Solutions also reserves the right to disclose Personally Identifiable Information and/or non-personally-identifiable information that Trouve Solutions believes, in good faith, is appropriate or necessary to enforce our Terms of Service, take precautions against liability, to investigate and defend itself against any third-party claims or allegations, to assist government enforcement agencies, to protect the security or integrity of the Trouve Solutions Site or our servers, and to protect the rights, property, or personal safety of Trouve Solutions, our users or others.

Non-Personally Identifiable Information Collected by Trouve Solutions

Trouve Solutions may also automatically collect (through cookies, described below, and other methods) and store aggregate or anonymous information about user contact with and use of the Site. Opt-Out Procedures

You have the option to opt-out of receiving information from Trouve Solutions. This opt out messaging will appear at the bottom of every promotional email that is sent out to you by Trouve Solutions in relation to this Site. Trouve Solutions also gives you the option to remove your information from its database of active users.
